The Gift Of Giving

It's the most wonderful time of the year! Isn't that how the song goes? Christmas trees and lights. Hot cocoa and the smell of pine. Tons of presents awaiting your Little Rebelz under the tree. Family gatherings and the dinners that seem never ending. Holiday cheer isn't that what the season is all about?


Every year kids get tons of new toys, and let's be honest, how many toys do you have in your house unused? If you're your toy room is overflowing, this is a great time to teach your LITTLE REBELZ the gift of giving and donate.  Although they don't earn money it doesn't mean they're limited. It's always the thought that counts.  A great idea would be a couple weeks before Christmas, get together as a family, go through all the toys they have not touched or looked at in a while, box them all up and find a local charity to donate them to. There are many places who would be more than to pick them up
from your home so you don't have to drive anywhere. DonationTown is one of many that will do most of the work for you. 

All of our fashionable Little Rebelz grow, grow, grow. Are your dressers and closets bulging at the seams?   Another excellent way of giving is to donate any gently used items, whether it be shoes, accessories, jackets, sweaters, even backpacks to your local charity.  With the winters getting colder I'm sure there are some less fortunate LITTLE REBELZ that would be over the moon excited. 

Our other method of giving during this Holiday Season is to volunteer at a food pantry. The people there might not have much, but one thing they aren't short on is Holiday Spirit. Most people are so warm and are so very thankful that you are there to help out. Its a experience with my kids that I wouldn't trade for the world. You can find volunteer opportunities online, or you can even go to your local church. They are always looking for help during the holidays.

Christmas sure is the most wonderful time of the year, and I want my Little Rebelz to enjoy the gifts you receive when you give back. I hope everyone has a blessed and happy Christmas!!!!
