Holiday Photos

With Christmas right around the corner everyone I know is freaking out over holiday photos. Are you in that boat? Here are a few tips to get the most out of your holiday photo shoot.

First, decide on what type of shoot you want to have. Is it going to be traditional or casual? Indoor or outdoor? Everything after that is a piece of cake.

I love photos of my Little Rebelz in their PJ's getting out of bed in the morning with huge smiles on their faces. I make sure that their pajamas are holiday related and no one is clashing.
Now if you decided to go traditional, a shot in your PJ's might not work for you. Coordinate clothing ahead of time, be sure everything fits to your liking. Red and gold are great colors for a holiday shoot.

Once you've decided on your clothing, and theme its time to strike a pose. Skip the stiff poses. A picture of your Little Rebelz in the snow can make a perfect holiday card. Let everyone have a chance showing the camera what they've got. You’ll be surprised at what your Little Rebelz can do. Get candid shots of your family talking, smiling, and playing. This allows your personalities to shine through. Also make sure to take dozens of pictures to get your family's perfect shot! Shoot between shots to capture fun and unexpected moments. It's better to have too many to chose from than not enough.

Ordering your Holiday Cards is made easy. There are a ton of sites available to help you with so many options!
I hope this helps make your holiday photo shoot go a little smoother. Merry Christmas and Happy new year!!!
